This policy explains what information Havensa ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us at any time at hello@havensa.in.

Information we collect

• Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.
• Wholesale orders. If you send an order through the order page, we receive your name, mobile number, optional email and GST number, delivery method and address, any notes, and the items and quantities you chose. The page also remembers the quantities you type on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so you do not lose them; that information is not sent to us unless you send the order, and you can clear it by clearing your browser data.
• Visitor counter. To count visitors, this site stores a random identifier in a first-party cookie named hv_id (valid for one year) and keeps it with the number of visits and the first and last visit times. It contains no name, email address or IP address.
• Spam protection. When you submit the contact form, a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address is kept for about one hour to limit repeated submissions.
• Analytics. We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (for example pages viewed and device type). It only runs if we switch it on, and it is not loaded when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
• Hosting records. Our hosting provider automatically records technical details such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for security and reliability.
• Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.

How we use it

• To reply to your questions and to confirm, fulfil and arrange delivery of your orders.
• To count visits and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site: a hosting provider, a database provider for the visitor counter, an email delivery provider that passes contact-form messages to our inbox, and Google for fonts and, if enabled, analytics. They process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The hv_id cookie described above is the only cookie we set ourselves. If analytics is enabled, Google sets its own cookies. You can delete cookies or block them in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records. Visitor counter records are kept until we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw any consent you have given, as provided by applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to hello@havensa.in and we will respond.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and contact-form messages are sent to us through a secured server-side service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
